How I broke the cycle and help others do the same:

In 2012 I reached a breaking point...

I was 375 pounds, my blood pressure was 160/100, and I had little hope for my future.

I was dealing with food addiction, had just come off my 4th knee surgery in 3 years, and wasn’t sure how to get my health and life back.

Through years of trial and learning, I lost 160 pounds. This transformation led me to become a Board Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

On my journey, I was able to uncover the truth about fitness, nutrition, and the mindset it takes to make sustainable change.
